Icon Video Productions is pleased to offer you the most simple and cost effective wedding video services available in the Charlotte Metro area. We are easy to work with and you will find that our prices make it easy to add video to even the most modest weddings. We know what we are doing when we help you plan the perfect wedding and we will be there to capture your special day in digital precision and provide you with precious keepsake memories! Our company is family owned and operated by professionals. When you hire Icon, we will be on site with you for the ceremony, the whole day or even an overnight beginning with your rehearsal! We will shoot with one, two or three digital video cameras and deliver your finished product to you in two to threee weeks as a full color boxed DVD set. The DVD itself will be printed with a color photo from your wedding. Our Wedding Packages The Platinum Wedding This is our top of the line wedding package. It begins with your rehearsal and rehearsal dinner and then continues through the next day to the end of the reception. On the wedding day we will get footage of the venue being prepared, the wedding party dressing, the ceremony, and the reception including the arrival, dances, cake cutting, toasts, garter toss, bouquet toss, your great escape and best wishes from your guests if you wish. The cost of this package is $1,995.
The Gold Wedding This is our most popular wedding package. It begins on your wedding day and includes footage of the church being prepared, the wedding party dressing, the ceremony, and the reception including the arrival, dances, cake cutting, toasts, garter toss, bouquet toss, and best wishes from your guests if you wish. The cost of this package is $1,495.
The Silver Wedding This is our most modest wedding that is shot from multiple points of view and edited into a movie like the Platinum and Gold Weddings. We shoot this wedding with two cameras and include everything that happens from the seating of the mothers to the exit of the wedding party. We include closeups, zooms and pans. The cost of this package is $995.
The Bronze Wedding This is a documentary style wedding video in which we shoot from one location with one camera. The ambient room sound is captured and the entire video is shot as a panorama of the wedding party, the couple and the pastor. The cost of this package is $495.
High Definition All of our weddings are delivered in SD or Standard Definition video. For those who have HD or High Definition video or are intending to transition to HD, we would suggest that you consider having your wedding filmed in HD. We can upgrade any package to HD and can deliver your video in either HD-DVD or BluRay Disk. The cost for this upgrade is $495. Copies Although your wedding video is delivered in a presentation DVD box, you may order additional copies of your wedding video for $10 per copy. We keep your video on file in a fireproof/waterproof safe, meaning that you can order additional copies for years to come.. Travel We will travel up to 50 miles from our office at no additional cost to you. Beyond that radius, mileage will be charged at the IRS rate as well as an allowance for meals and accomodations if necessary. These costs will be established at the time of booking. Booking If you are interested in booking a wedding with us please contact us to see if your date is available. If it is, we will help you find the right package for your wedding. The wedding will be booked upon the signing of a contract and the payment of a non refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of your package. The balance will be due on or before your wedding date.
